Benjamin J. Birdsall III
Benjamin J. Birdsall III is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in personal injury law. He began his legal career in 1994 and has since been dedicated to providing his clients with the best possible representation.
Within the family firm of Birdsall Law Firm, he takes a personal interest in each of his clients and their claims. He is known for always being available to his clients, providing them with the support and guidance needed throughout the legal process.
After graduating from Holy Cross High School, he went on to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of New Orleans before obtaining his law degree from Southern University Law Center. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Birdsall is an active member of his community. He is involved in his church and is also a proud member of Thoth.
Benjamin J. Birdsall IV
Since he began practicing law in 2019, Benjamin J. Birdsall IV has carried on his family’s legacy of advocating for personal injury clients. He and the team at Birdsall Law never settle for the first offer and work tirelessly to obtain top-dollar valuations for their clients’ cases.
As a member of a small family firm, Mr. Birdsall takes a hands-on and familial approach to each client and their case. His main goal is to make his clients feel whole, working diligently to understand their unique needs and concerns.
As a graduate of Jesuit High School, he understands the importance of integrity and hard work. He carried this through to his studies at Louisiana State University, where he obtained his undergraduate and law school degrees. In addition to his legal practice, he is an active member of Thoth, as well as an avid Saints, Pelicans, and LSU Tigers fan.
Henry J. Pittman
Henry J. Pittman began his legal career in 2019. He is known for his approachable demeanor and communication style in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He believes that building honesty, trust, and comfort with his clients is crucial in providing the best possible representation.
As a part of Birdsall Law Firm, Henry J. Pittman is proud to be a part of a team that values approachability and communication. Within the legal process and afterward, he wants his clients to feel as though they can come to him at all times.
Mr. Pittman attended Jesuit High School before pursuing his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University. He is also actively involved in the community, volunteering with Second Harvest Food Bank to give back and make a positive impact.
Arianna M. A. Birdsall
Beginning her legal career in 2022, Arianna M. A. Birdsall specializes in personal injury and estate planning. She practices a philosophy of ensuring her clients feel comfortable and included throughout the entire legal process.
Ms. Birdsall’s approach to client representation is rooted in frequent communication and updates. As a part of Birdsall Law Firm, she and the team make it a priority to treat clients like family. Arianna M. A. Birdsall understands the importance of securing her clients’ futures, leaving them in a better position than before.
Ms. Birdsall attended Ursuline Academy of New Orleans before obtaining her undergraduate and law school degrees from Louisiana State University. In addition to her legal practice, she is an active member of Celebration Church and Life Group leader.
